Ms. Devanshi Modi is a Physical Therapist and the owner of Spineck Physical Therapy in East Brunswick, NJ. She is highly experienced in seeing post operative shoulder and knee patients including SLAP repairs, rotator cuff injuries, ACL reconstructions and joint replacements. She has worked extensively with athletes, dancers, runners and weekend warriors. She believes in detailed assessment of functional movements to get to the root of cause of pain instead of just treating the pain. She designs exercise plan targeted to patients needs and functional goals.

She is formally trained in Kinesiotaping, mobilization of nerves and joints and Graston’s technique which is an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. She incorporates Yoga and Pilates in her exercises. She keeps herself updated with recent advances.

She holds a Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Sciences from Nair Hospital, Mumbai, India and has more than 10 years of experience treating diverse patients in outpatient clinics in New Jersey and New York.
